Fulfill your FF7 Cloud Strife dreams with this Buster Sword modelled and cut specifically for 3D Printing. As a big fan of FF7, I've always loved this sword and now that I had the capacity to print this model, I couldn't find a model that I felt was sliced appropriately for clean 3D printing nor had enough keys to keep it together well.
So I decided to create my own rendition of the Buster Sword to be as detailed and clean as possible, but also highly printable with the best flat surfaces to ensure bed adhesion and detail on all the pieces that require clean detail.
There are lots of STL files so pieces can be painted and weathered appropriately
I have spent a lot of time test-printing the cuts and finding optimal position for printing. ALL STLs are in their BEST print position, but feel free to change to your desired results.
In the files, there are pre-cuts for:
- Ender 5 Plus
- 5 Separate blade cuts
- Full Guard pieces
- Full Hilt pieces
- 7 Separate blade cuts and guard pieces cut in 2 cuts each
- Guard pieces cut in 2
- Hilt piece cut in 2
I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED FULL STL files so that you can cut the files as you wish for your printer needs. (Please note, these full STLs do not have keys in them)

None of the models require supports and where supports might help some of the overhang edges on the blade, the support material and requirements are minimal.
IF you do print with supports, make sure to put SUPPORT BLOCKERS on the key holes on the blade and Materia holes to avoid 'fun' removal of those areas.
I have cut KEY slots into all cut parts, or positioned pieces with extra surface to fit into their parent parts. There are number of keys to print and it's up to you if you want to use them or not.
